THE PENNINE (1-2 Persons) 1st Floor Double En-suite – 13 Steps
A delightful King Size double room with shower en-suite: The room is north facing and overlooks our Pennine garden, the room benefits from a panoramic view over Pennine Yorkshire and beyond. Wake to the sound of our resident blackbird and his many friends and if you’re lucky you may see the Heron unsuccessfully attempting to feed in our pond.
Ideal for couples.

THE ASHES (1-3 Persons) 1st Floor Double/Family En-suite – 13 Steps
A very spacious King Size double room with additional Guest Bed, large bath/shower en-suite: The room is south facing and overlooks the lane towards Emley Moor and Castle Hill.
Ideal for couples or families with one child.

THE CHERRY (1-4 Persons) Ground Floor Double/Twin/Family with Private facilities An easily accessible room with both King Size and Double beds, private deluxe bathroom with bath & hand shower. The room overlooks our cherry garden, a picture when in spring bloom.
Ideal for families with one or two children and those a little less mobile.

THE CASTLE VIEW SUITE (1-4 Persons, minimum nights 2) (Dual Purpose Ground Floor Flexible En-suite Room).
The suite is an extremely spacious room and gives the possibility of a lounge and separate sleeping area (separated by archway) dependant on your requirement.

• Large open plan en-suite with floor level power shower, access sink and toilet.
• Private entrance with decked patio and seating area.
• Panoramic view of Pennine Yorkshire.

For mobility requirements the suite offers the usage of a continuous ceiling track hoist to all bathroom facilities. Various other mobility equipment is also available for hire.
